We recently engaged CBIZ KA Consulting Services to provide Day 1 Medicaid Eligibility services. They shared with us their ability to effectively implement a patient advocacy based service model at our facility that integrated with our staff. They quickly brought on staff that assimilated with our team to implement their service model. This accomplishment has resulted in enhanced revenues through increased Medicaid application submissions, approvals and subsequent claim submission and payment, moving previous self pay balances to a paid Medicaid account status. The decision to partner with CBIZ has improved revenue, the patient experience through an enhanced patient screening and follow-up processes has been a win/win/win for us.
